The house is very well insulated with new windows, and the power bill averages $50 per month. City utilities are $43 per month, for water, trash, recycling, and waste water.
I love this house, but have to move for work. I can leave the house partially furnished for the remainder of the lease for an additional cost. Ideally, I would like to have the sublease filled by mid.
